About Us
Welcome to PCCA

At Principle Covenant Christian Academy, we believe that education is a partnership—and that discipleship begins at home.

Our Mission
We exist to support families in their calling to raise children grounded in Truth. At PCCA, our mission is to educate and disciple students to become Christian leaders—anchored in faith, thriving academically, and prepared to live out God’s calling with purpose and integrity. We believe in nurturing the whole child through a well-rounded experience of faith, family, and service.

Our Vision
To build a vibrant school community that boldly shines the light of Jesus across our region—making disciples, strengthening families, and delivering excellent, Christ-centered education. We envision Principle Covenant as a place where faith is alive, families are connected, and students are equipped to lead and serve with purpose in every area of life.

Our Values
We believe in God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. We believe Jesus Chris is God, who died for our sins. We believe the Bible, alone, is God’s Holy Word. We believe in the forgiveness of sins through Jesus Christ.
Educational Structure
Educational Structure: Immediate goal is quality, cost-effective, college-preparatory education accomplished in a way that gives parents more time for imparting the faith and values they hold precious.
Our five-day academic program provides a balanced learning approach for your child. Classes held at school on Tuesdays and Thursdays where your child’s teacher will lay the foundation in the classroom, introducing and explaining core concepts.
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, you will build on that foundation by reinforcing and more deeply exploring those concepts in your own off-campus “satellite classroom.”
You will have the benefit of being guided by a highly-experienced teacher, who will be in charge of all direct instruction in the classroom, and will provide a roadmap and support for your child’s learning process on the satellite classroom days.
Parents are co-educators and must facilitate an integrated instructional model by direct teaching or supervising their student’s age-appropriate independent study on the other days of the week.
It is our goal to add one more grade each calendar year.
Staff Considerations
The school intends to hire Christ centered educators who are high-character role models, skilled at imparting high-quality education in a manner that also grows the faith of the student.
Admission Criteria
The school will have admission criteria and an interview process to validate that students are ‘on-level’ educationally and that the family will live by and support the Christian fundamentals that are so important to this institution. Initially, the school will not have capacity to offer special accommodations.
Uniform and Disciplinary Policies
The school intends to enforce a private school uniform dress code. This is intended to reduce distractions in the learning environment. The school will institute a disciplinary policy that will be designed to help all students focus on learning. Violation of any part of the handbook and school policies will have escalating consequences up to and including penalties and expulsion.
Financial Viability
The school intends to charge an annual tuition fee, per student. The major cost hurdle is facilities. If an organization can allow us to use their facilities for free, the school can cover labor and other operational costs with tuition fees.
Schedule for the School
All timeframes are very preliminary and are subject to change. The school intends to continue due diligence and setting up structure over the coming months, with a rough outline of targeted times below:
Start the enrollment process – Spring of 2025 with financial commitment from families.
Staff hiring and curriculum development – Spring through Summer.
Classes are intended to start in August 2025 and follow a university schedule for semesters, breaks, and holidays.
